About Me

Hi there! I’m Gina, a Northern California–based portrait artist with over 15 years of experience, specializing in photography for families, teens, business professionals, and real estate. My journey behind the lens began in high school, when I’d turn my garage into a makeshift studio and convince my friends to be my models. That early passion never left me.
 

Years later, when I became a mom, I started documenting everyday moments with my two boys—now full-blown teenagers. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into a fulfilling career, and I’m so grateful to spend my days creating meaningful images for incredible people.
 

I’ve been happily married for over 20 years to my incredibly supportive husband, who embraces my creative spirit, my obsession with skulls, and my spicy zest for life. Together, we navigate the beautiful chaos of raising two boys and sharing life with five dogs (yes, five—and no, I don’t know how we manage either!).
 

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me in my favorite pair of Converse with an iced coffee in hand—crafting Good Vibes Voodoo dolls for my Etsy shop, redecorating corners of our home, or spending time with my family and fur babies. I also manage the social media and branding for The Staging Studio, where I get to blend creativity with strategy in another outlet I love.
 

My style as a portrait artist is a mix of casual and refined. I create a relaxed atmosphere during sessions so you feel at ease, which leads to those genuine moments that truly shine. Whether I’m capturing a family milestone, a standout senior portrait, a polished headshot, or a beautifully staged property, I love delivering images you’ll be proud to share or hang on your walls.
